Solved Windows Crashing Problem!

Hi,
So the problem is that i notice sometimes when i use a programme soemtimes it show that the programme has crashed close it or blablabla but the programme still work fine i dont know why like here it poped up bbt the programme still work fine: Screenshot_1.png

You could check your Applications Event Log to verify that this application is in fact crashing and if it is an App Crash Error will be generated in the log. An "Application Stopped Working" should also appear in the Action Center Reliability Monitor. You could also see if you have the current version. With HP Support Assistant open click on the About Tab in upper right and you can check for a newer version.

HP Support Assistant is a problematic program. The HP Support Forum is loaded with posts from HP users that have problems with this program.

Just a tip:

You shouldn't have anything running on your PC, that you don't absolutely, positively, 100% NEED to have running all the time.

When I set up any ver of Windows for myself or my customers, I run a batch file that shuts down over 20 services, that I don't need or want running in the background. Then I don't let any TSR start from my Startup folder that's not necessary.

If you don't watch closely to what's running in the background, your computer can quickly be overrun with stuff you don't need.
Thus adding to slow operation and eventual crashes.
