My Windows 8 at random crashed, when it reset it self it started trying to automatical fix the problem which would always come to a blue screen not able to boot anything, my guess is that i need the install disk or repair disk for windows 8, which i do not have since it was already installed when i got it, is there anything i can download to bring my laptop back to life ??,i tried looking for a repair disk online but failed to find one.

A few ways to fix it.

Easiest is if you can put the hard drive in a desktop.

Another way is to boot to Knoppix operating system on USB key.

And yet another easy way is to get to safe mode to remove AVG with the tool and get me the crash dumps.

Are you able to do any of these things?

Ok. Once you have Knoppix up and running, access \Windows\Minidump and attach the latest 2 or 3 files inside to a new post here:

USB Knoppix | USB Pen Drive Linux

You can upload from Knoppix or put the files on the USB and bring to another machine.

Have you made the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

information   Information

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD. (Windows 8 only)

It's on your hard drive. You might have to mount it but I don't think so. It should automatically show up.
