Solved Cannot find Windows Store?

I read that on the Start screen there is suppose to be something about the Windows Store to download apps. I can't find this anywhere. Can anyone tell me how I might access this?

The "Store" metro app should be there like in the screenshot below. You might scroll around the "Start" screen to see if it may have been moved off-screen. If "Store" is not there, then look in your "Apps" screen to see if it's still listed there.

Thanks for the welcome. Still can't find it. It's not pinned on my Start screen at all. I checked through the "All Apps" section and didn't see it there either. This is my Start screen:

I think it may be because you have Goolge Chrome as your default browser instead of Internet Explorer. That was a issue with the Metro IE10 app on the "Start" screen, and may be for this as well.

As a test, see if making Internet Explorer your default web browser with all of it's associations may have it return afterwards.

Ah no that didn't work either. I tried reinstalling the entire OS to see if it would come up but it's still not there. I really appreciate all this help btw

Which Windows 8 ISO did you use to install with?

Hey I figured out what the problem was. I had my Metro linked to my gmail account and apparently to access the store I have to use a live account. Thanks so much for all your help!
