Skydrive: How do I remove a folder from synchronisation

I am using a simple SkyDrive set-up - I'm replicating all of C:\Users\Adam\SkyDrive

I'm also using another service called tresorit (https://tresorit.com/) to backup one of the directories inside my SkyDrive folder (C:\Users\Adam\SkyDrive\Work)

Tresorit creates a temp folder in the SkyDrive directory C:\Users\Adam\SkyDrive\Work\.tresorit which causes SkyDrive to stop all replication until it is released.

Can I exclude this folder from SkyDrive? I'm not talking about on-line off-line I just don't want Skydrive to look at a specific file. I don't really want two local copies of my data which was one thing I though about doing...

Any ideas?
