Bug with any apps !

Hi ! In first, i'm french, so i'm sorry if my english is not perfect. ;)
So, when i want to open app in metro panel ( for example : Store, Maps, Photos ... ), my computer open them while 5 seconds and after, it put in standby the application. I can't use any apps from Windows 8. Help me, i want to know why does it put in standby the apps ? :)

it did it with me when i upgraded windows dev preview to the consumer preview, i fixed it by logging out and logging back in again, works fine now
