It seems my windows ran into a problem. I am using Sony VAIO with OS windows 8, ram 8 GB with Nvidia gt780m graphic card 1 GB. It all started when i restored my pc (without recovery disks) as i was getting some problem in installation of Game (assassin Creed 4) and after restoration it worked fine and well. Then after a week or so my windows crashed and I rushed to service centre as I was not having my recovery disks to restore it. back I got my windows again and so I tried to install the same game but it was not installing showing error (screenshot is attached). I looked to other software like NFS MW 2 again I had same problem. To ensure that installation files were not corrupt i copied the same files on my friends PC and installed it and it worked well and fine on it. Then I got to know it has something to do with my windows system file so I Google it and found the solution to run SFC/scannow command I did the same and there it was the corrupted files of windows(SFC details are attached). Then again i spend my Saturday night and found one particular solution (though it didn't work) Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command and tried to repair those files but it alwayz get stuck. I Really need help to get on to this issue cuz neither it's allowing me to play games nor letting me run a application properly it alwayz interrupt the application and say that certain .exe need to be closed. if any one have solution then plz help ..
The disc is probably slightly defective and your friend's drive probably has better error correction abilities. For example, it could be optimized to read through dust or minute scratches better.
I am sure you would not get the error with a pressed disc in new condition.
See about malware with Malwarebytes. There could be an entirely separate issue about that.

Thankx Master Chief for reply and sorry I didn't mention earlier I had the installation files in a separate external Harddisk and as per my understanding I think there is some System file defect because not only with the games any other software which I try install (specially installation with the .RAR Files) I face the problem . So basically I can't do anything on my Laptop.

Hmm.. i tried that also but both of them have problems in completing their process and there are no changes made by them... I don't have my recovery disks .. I think i have to reinstall my windows.. will rush to sony centre
The reason you are getting the error with DISM repair command is because DISM is trying to get the healthy image from Windows Update, but most likely the Windows Update service isn't running, I hate when that happens.
Try typing wuauserv into an elevated command prompt and see if you can get Windows update to start. If the service starts make sure you can get online.
If it shows as started successfully then try running the DISM repair command again then run sfc again with maybe reboots and repeat sfc if required.
thnx chev 65 for reply.. i was getting tired of solution for my windows and i decided to whack the customer service instead  and i will be getting my laptop tmmrw and if i have will any problem after that then i will post back and ask for ur help guyzz ..
