apkshellext stop Showing Icons ( default program )

Hi I Don t know how to explained very Well but my problem is the windows stop showing the icons for Me and i think the problem started from the default program in the past the default program Is like this pic

but now changed to this pic

and the icon stop showing so is there any way to fix that PS : Sorry for my bad English i use Google transitio
