Bluetooth audio device cannot start

The device is manufactures by Quallcom Atheros
and the device manager has a yellow sign with the following message:

device cannot start (code 10)
object path component was not a directory

Tried to update drivers but they are updated.
Drivers listed in the device manager are all in C:\windows\system32\drivers
please help

How are you updating the driver? What version of 8 and bit type do you have...eg...8/8.1 and 32 or 64 bit OS?

try ,uninstall the driver in device manager ,and reboot computer to reinstall

I have win 8.1 premium x64
Naively I tried to update driver thu the device manager
couldn't find anything in Dell support drivers
