I wanted to hook up my TV to my PC so I could run an Xbox on it too, the Xbox resolution is fine but when I switch to my pc the whole screen has moved to the right, meaning I cannot access several features. I am running windows 8.1 at the moment and I cannot adjust each side separately. Also I am able to enter the bios of my motherboard with no shifting but as soon as I open windows, it shifts again. I believe it is a problem with the TV though as windows will run normally on another monitor
