hi Pufferine,

well it is not a bug, since for me it works perfectly. Do you copy via Task scheduler?

Anyway be sure you do it as Administrator to avoid some problems.

Hi.
How did you run the process? Click and drag, copy and paste, or other ways.? Did you install any utility that interfere with copy process like Terracopy, fastcopy, ultracopy, or else?

Have you tried to check the hard disc for errors? Does it work on other computers?

try this: uncover the ext. hdd, and plug it to your motherboard via SATA.

if it works, then the problem is in the circuits of the hdd.

This is an alpha version. You cannot expect it to be perfect. I would not have spent 4 hours on the problem.

As I took the risk of the data loss, I have checked the box that "TURN OFF WINDOWS WRITE-CACHE BUFFER FLUSHING ON THE DEVICE" ,

finally, I can transfer the data freely to the SATA external drive now.

Re whs :
I urged to find a solution to solve the problem becoz I'm using a laptop and all my data, games are saved or installed in the external drive =>

Anyway, thZ for all guy that reply my Thread and help me to solve the problem !!!

I can have a good sleep tonight becoz I can solve this BIG PROBLEM that I have tried to do all but not to check that box for 4 days !!! =>
