This is not the bug where the apps close after a couple seconds.
My Metro Screen is not working at all. It loads just fine and I can scroll through it, but I can't click on any of the apps. When I hover over an app, it doesn't even highlight it. I can't use the arrow keys either. The apps just simply aren't clickable. It is like the entire metro screen is just a full screen .png picture. Since I can't click on any of the apps, I can't even load the desktop. I'm running my computer on safe mode right now.
This bug has happened to me in the past a couple times and it seems to happen occasionally when I install an update. In the past, I've just done a system restore and it solved it but I'm getting sick of doing that.
