Error on WIndows : show scanning hard drive on startup

I'm using my laptop using Windows 8 and install on drive C. After that, by some reason, I hard reset (press turn off button for long time) to restart my computer. From that point, every time I turn on computer, at start up screen, will appear a text : "Scanning hard drive D 100%" and waiting for another long time, it will go to windows.

When going to windows, everything from that drive D cannot run. And almost my softwares install on that. Everything run too slow. Moreover, right click on desktop doesn't work.

I start Safe Mode , and run System restore, but it notifies that no restore point found, although I have make some restore points before. (and some software such as Visual Studio SQL Server has created one too). I start command prompt, and type : D: /F, but waiting too llong without anything ...

With my situation, how can I fix this

Filling in the specs using above link should save a lot of time.
In the meantime I suggest running a disk scan from Explorer.
Right click on D drive, select Properties, Tools Tab, Error Check.

See if it shows clean.

I cannot open explorer. Mean that everything relates to D drive will be freeze forever. (Windows Explorer starts and will load some information on D Drive)

Try this sequence

Press Winkey-x then 'a' to get an admin command prompt
type D: <Enter> to change to D: drive
type chkdsk /scan
if the scan says you have issues then
type chkdsk /spotfix

restart the system and let it run spotfix. This is much faster than the old chkdsk /f

I have three drives : C D and E. I start this tools from command line. and boot by bootable USB. So, now, C, D, E becomes C, E, F (I know this's obvious, but I just say this, for clearer)

When I type C or F . No problem. But when I type : E:\ (means D), I receive error : the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

When you say "drives" do you mean 3 distinct physical drives? Or 3 partitions on the Laptop HD?

Is D on its own drive, or is it as partition?

If it is on its own drive, you should scan the drive using an external (DOS) drive scanner, There are a bunch of branded ones in Hiren's Boot Cd, link is below. If there is read element failure, it won't read in Windows. Boot to Hiren's, choose Dos Programs, go in Hard Drive Tools and find the brand of your hard drive. If you have a Seagate or a WD drive for D, you can use GWscan. Run the first 2 tests, and if the program can't read your drive it will suggest the full surface test, that takes an hour and a half to run. Once you run that, the Windows 8 Scandisk will run once more and then you should be able to read it.

Doing the hard reset causes this, so you have to avoid doing that as much as possible. If you do a hard reset or reboot, run the drive scanner immediately.

Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

That HDD may have failed.

I HAVE restored a Toshiba 100 GB drive in a laptop that had mroe read element failures than the utility could fix, I used ViVard to to a Smart Remap. It took 4 hours. You can google it, and download it, or use it on Hiren's, either way. But only if the Toshiba tool says it can't fix it. If you do use ViVard, you can NOT allow power to be lost, if you have a gas generator and a UPS, set it up, because if power fails while it is running it will kill the drive.

After that, I can fix this error and login to system normally.

But, from that time I asked, I meet this problem 3 times. and this problem I have never met before (from windows XP, windows 7), but Windows 8. So, please tell me what wrong with windows 8 that this error is more often ?
