How to disable password at wake up? Win 8.1

I found instructions to disable the password, but it only works at start up. I'm still getting the prompt when the computer goes to sleep. I got this far in the control panel but it looks like it's already set for no password. So why am I still getting the prompt?

This should take of it for you. Double check the items listed in the yellow Tip box at the top of the tutorial below to see if one may be the issue as well.

Thanks Brink. I tried each option but I'm not finding any of these places: Advanced Power Plan settings? Power Options in Control panel? My PC settings looks totally different too. Mine is gray and orange and doesn't look anything like the tutorial. Is this for Windows 8?

Go ahead and post a screenshot showing what you are seeing instead.

See the Control Panel link in the step to see if that is what you are doing to open the Control Panel. This isn't the same as the modern PC settings.
