Cannot edit folder contents?

I cannot edit a folder when I've used "Take Ownership" and I've made sure in the Security tab that I have full control, I still get "You need permission to preform this action" when trying to move stuff in the folder. What could be wrong?

I did that. I'm trying to edit the contents of C:\Program Files\WindowsApps

EDIT: I keep unchecking "Read Only" and it keeps rechecking itself. :huh:

Try right clicking whichever file/folder you wish to edit.
Select Properties - Security Tab.
Select edit and choose the name you have installed with.
Can you now select the empty options.
If your username is not there, you will have to click the "Advanced" button, instead of "Edit" and create, or even "change" the owner to your installer name.

But be very careful, and please make sure you have a reliable backup, before messing with system files.

I've tried making my account own the folder, no success and I've tried making the Administrators own the folder. Still, no success.
