Does Windows 8 have a "Help and Support" and if so how do get it?

How do I setup files to see extensions?

How do I get to "My Computer"?

How do I get to the "Control Panel"?

All my questions so far about how to get around in Windows 8. I am sure there will be more of those.

Open windows explorer, click file and find Help in the dropdown menu. Click computer and see the control panel in top, click local drive and click view at the top and you can view the file extensions by ticking the File name and extensions box on the right side of the panel.

Help and Support right now in the current build has an unfinished Help and Support. It's there, but not done. From what I've seen and tinkered with though, it looks much more helpful and supportive.

I go to My Computer via Explorer

For Control Panel, right click on the desktop > Personalize > Control Panel top left
