Two ways to handle this.
1. Delete them but leave them in the Recycle Bin. Then if you need any of them, restore to their original location.
2. Move them into a temporary folder somewhere. Then if you need any of them, restore to their original location.
If not needed after a few days/weeks, delete them.
I don't think any of them are needed.
You should be able to Take Ownership of the folder then delete it. Take Ownership Shortcut - Windows 7 Help Forums
Note: Says Windows 7 but also works in Windows 8.
Your not, your taking ownership of a sub-folder tree on the C: drive.
If you took ownership of the entire C: drive your computer would no longer work.

You might see if the free program Unlocker may be able to delete them.
