Solved Error even offline scan gives Windows Resource Protection

Hello Guys / Girls

Looking for some help followed a few tips and links from other similar posts but nothing works.

I have tried sfc/SCANNOW both online and offline get same error. Relevant services running to support sfc

I have attached the log link HERE i can see no errors (but i am no expert).

Really would like some help please and i do not want to Refresh/Reinstall if possible.

Also my System Restores were corrupted managed to do one offline said it failed.But after reboot said it worked but still getting sfc error

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.

After running sfc /scannow run:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

& reboot & run sfc again.

That should fix things. :)

DISM only repairs the store sfc uses to repair things.

You mean the Windows Store, like from where you buy Windows Tile Apps? I thought it was fixing the OS image. All of my Dot Net 4 and 4.5 was messed up on this machine, when I ran DISM it repaired my Dot Net and now I can run VLC Streamer Helper. I Wonder why DISM can fix things that SFC was not able to?

Ah, ok I get it now, I wasn't sure what "Store" meant. I dont get how it works though, if the OS is jacked, how can DISM fix it? Ah, thats what the WinSxS folder is... Damn thats a long way from the "i386" folder that Windows 98 used to create.
