OVERKILL - You have one too many AV programs installed.
You can only use one AV at a time, get rid of Norton and just stick with AVG. Norton turns off Windows Firewall cos it takes over. Just use AVG and Windows own very good firewall.

- Recently lost my Windows 8 on my main PC, had to go back to Windows 7.
When you install an AV product it will usually turn off any other AV programs it finds. This is good. Having more than one active AV program running can reduce protection, impair performance, and cause a variety of other problems. Do as XweAponX has suggested.

Usually, having one AV Program will actually prevent you from installing others. I don't know how they got those installed side by side.
I was not able to install NOD32 at all until I got rid of every last vestige of Norton.
