Solved Can I sell my Windows 8 Pro (Upgrade) disc + serial?

Hi,

I've had enough of Windows 8 now. I can't put up with the lack of start menu (3rd party programs are buggy, inc. classic shell).
Programs stock working randomly.
Desktop does not properly boot sometimes requiring a restart.
Core applications are placed in obscure places. eg. system restore is buried behind a plethora of links and not searchable within start.

I just want to know if I can sell my Windows 8 Pro Upgrade?
If so, how do I deactivate my current serial?

I plan on buying Windows 7.

Yes, you may sell it if you like to another person. Be sure to let them know that it has been used since they may need to activate by phone if it will not activate online normally since the product key had already been activated on your PC.

Can I transfer the software to another computer or user?

You may transfer the software to another computer that belongs to you. You may also transfer the software (together with the license) to a computer owned by someone else if a) you are the first licensed user of the software and b) the new user agrees to the terms of this agreement. Out of curiosity, what bugs or problems did you face with Classic Shell? I ask so they can be fixed. Btw, I agree with your opinion of Windows 8. They took many steps backwards from Windows 7.

I'm using StartIsBack[+] With win 8.1. No problems at all
