Solved Skydrive and pcv files

I use Mozbackup for firefox, and it creates a pcv file. The problem is I can put it in documents folder in skydrive folder, but when I need to download it from skydrive, skydrive flags it as a possible virus and stops the download. Is there a way I can set skydrive not to do this to a pcv file?.

You might see if zipping the .pcv file to put it in the folder as a ZIP file instead may work.

Well it seems to work, but winzip 18 stinks. Used the free app version instead.

Btw what the hell happened to winzip. Holy crap, talk about BLOATED. Personally I would prefer something that allows compressing with a right click of the file zipping should be a simple tool to archive locally, then share, email, or fly to the moon if you want to afterwards. Just compress the file first!!!

Anyway I used to use 7zip, but it appears to have gone undeveloped for some time.

Glad to hear that worked.

The 9.30 alpha of 7-Zip (top right corner) is the latest version. So far it works great for me in Windows 8.1.

But it has been an alpa since 10-26-2012, seems kind along don't you think.

Yeah, I don't know why they don't make it a final WHQL, but it does work good.
