So, once I start up Win 8-1, it's already on the machine? Or I have to add this feature when I buy the machine?

The Add features... functionality in Windows 8 is the successor to the Anytime Upgrade feature of Windows 7 - You purchase a product key license, usually online, use the Add features utility to enter your key and Windows downloads and installs the feature on your PC.

It came on the 8.1 that I just installed, but I was given a choice of which version to install, Pro, Pro with WMC, and Enterprise. So I chose and bought the Media Center one. I actually have two disks, maybe someone can tell me what they mean:

One of them is "Baseline" and the other is "WIM" any idea what that means? I installed the "Baseline": version, 32 bit.
