scripted diagnostics native host has stopped working

hi guys,

I keep getting this message of late not too sure what it means or what it is
"scripted diagnostics native host has stopped working"
could anyone please tell me how to fix it or if it is of any concern.. it pops up with an option for me to close the program & windows will look for a solution next time Im online but its still there & keeps popping up?

well I did a system restore & all seems to be fine again, but if anyone would like to
explain what exactly is this I would be most grateful
