Solved Not booting?

I have installed the full windows 8.1 on my computer. After installing a few things, I thought that it was a time to restart my PC. And so, it was all going normally until it reached the "getting windows ready" screen. It was like that for half an hour and nothing happened. I think that this is a problem with my drivers, I'm not sure.

What full version; retail or downloaded ISO? Were you trying to do a clean install or retain the existing partition structure? I see you have a Dell. So did Dell provide any upgrade path to 8.1 or did you just wing it on your own?

From the windows store, windows 8 was pre-installed on my computer
I updated it on my own
