Solved How do I stop metro from showing up?

Hi, I download a start menu for my windows 8 and When windows boots it still goes to metro how can I stop that and let it go straight to desktop. I do not want metro any more. I want it just like windows 7. Thanks and I don't know where I should put this so sorry if I put this in the wrong post thread.

Most of the start menus have an option to boot to desktop/skip start screen.

If yours does not, you can try the free Classic Shell.
