Hi there,

it seems to me that your pc is infected with a virus, trojan or some other trash.

Please run a full virusscan and malware scan as soon as possible!!!

Good luck with it,

Rover

    I also own the following Microsoft devices:
    * Surface Pro 2 128 GB
    * Windows Phone HTC 8X
That sounds right.

google TDSSKILLER DOWNLOAD, download that and run it, then google Malwarebytes Anti Rootkit, try that, it takes a while longer to run,

You can try using Malwarebytes File Assassin to DELETE the file, or you can try using Unlocker to delete it, you can get Unlocker from Major Geeks, but be careful, do not install the malware Toolbar that comes with the Unlocker Installer, use Advanced Setup.

With either Unlocker or Assassin, you can right click on the file and then choose Assassin or Unlocker to delete it.

But do not fail to run the Rootkit detection software.

Finally, check for Sirefef, download "Eset Sirefef Removal Tool"

These are all easily found and downloaded, all free too. Use Googol or else Yahoo or Bing will give you the wrong results.
