OK so my lord another error creeped its ugly head out of the pan and here it is C:\Windows\system32\rundll32.exe C:\Windows\System32\LogiLDA.dll,LogiFetch, errors out upon start up with the specific module can't be found, but the funny thing is i have no Logitech software installed and i haven't a clue where this came from all i can do is disable it from startup but that don't tell me how i got it and why?. only Logitech driver i have is a dell alienware one but it's modified and dose not include this Logitech dll as i have asked them. Any help on removing this would be great.

I got exactly the same error. And i guess it's related with my updating to Windows 8.1. Also wondering what to do with it. ><

go to task manager startup and disable logitech down load assistant for some reason windows 8.1 installed the dll for it. there is no way to remove it as its a dll that's part of windows is what logitech told me when i asked them all they could tell me to do is disable the startup task.
