I lie on my bed maybe 2-3 yards away from the computer on my desk.

I use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse and a desk far away to control the computer.

ctrl + on web broswers makes the web broswer stuff bigger but other thigns like the minimize and X in the top right of windows.

1. What's the least hassle way to make everything on the screen bigger so I can see it well from 2-3 yards away? Least hassle such that I can easily flip back to original size.

2. What's the least hassle way to make everything on the screen bigger for just one app say chrome so I can see it well from 2-3 yards away? Least hassle such that I can easily flip back to original size.

Press Win Key and + ===> To Magnify
Press Win Key and - ===> To Unmagnify

However, the above method will make everything way too big.

Alternatively, You can try to set your display to the larger size and this is permanent:
Win + X -> Display
As shown in screen shot
