HP 500-056 pre-installed Windows 8

On starting Windows 8 I am presented with:

BtTray.exe - System Error
The program can't start because BsSDK.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program.

This has happened from the time the computer was set up and I don't know what this means. Does anyone else know?

Thank you in advance.

Thanks . . . I had been there, but went back to have another look see. I couldn't figure out how to use #1, so I tried #2, which didn't help because no matter what I did, I didn't have permission to open the Logs I could run as administrator from the command prompt though.

Then I tried #3 with a variation . . . I removed the Bluetooth devices and then went to HP's Support Assistant and let it take over. As I supposed, Assistant told me I should let it put back the drivers I had removed. I did, and now the error is gone.

Yeah, now no more clicking to close a silly box that shouldn't have been there in the first place. I still don't know why it happened to this computer when a friend has the same one and no problems with Bluetooth on it.

Hello,
I am having this problem regarding the bluetooth adapter in my computer. I happened to refresh my PC, which resulted in the deletion of all programs and various drivers. Earlier, I had a Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth suite installed on my PC. Now, when I try to transfer any program to my mobile device the bluetooth function obviously doesn't work. I tried installing various bluetooth suites but I somehow had no luck. I installed BlueSoleil Bluetooth driver but I don't know how to set it up & install it. I also don't have the bttray.exe service running in the background upon the starting up of my PC, I am so confused. Any help?
