No Hibernate

It would appear that I have broken my WDP, I use a SSD so I turned off Hibernate using the command powercfg -h off
this worked and I no longer have the option to hibernate, apart from that WDP works fine. I then recently read about WDP using Hibernate to speed up the boot time, so of course I wanted to try this and proceeded to turn Hibernate back on again using the powercfg -h on command, but this causes my windows to bluescreen.

I researched this problem and found that the powercfg -h on does not work with WDP, see here;

Does anyone know how I can turn Hibernate back on again?

Strange Hibernate is definitely turned off

Capture.PNG

When I try to turn it on using CMD it seems to work but my PC then locked up. After a hard switch off It has started again with Hibernate off. The last times I have tried this it blue screened.

I am going to have a couple more attempts to see what happens.

PS I have also tried the Hibernate shortcut, it just puts my PC to sleep

PPS the Blue Screen message is Critical_Object_Termination
