Solved MAJOR headache!

Hi, I have a problem installing an app. Despite creating a local administrator account (logged into that and tried running the installer as the local admin http://www.eightforums.com/tutorial...rator-account-enable-disable-windows-8-a.html ), troubleshooting AND running the installer as admin I still get an error message reading, "This installer requires administrator privileges. Please become administrator before executing the installer."

I would seriously appreciate a solution to this problem, it's doing my head in!

Try taking Ownership of the App.

Thank you, sadly it applies to some apps and not others - including the app in question.

The app is called zbrush.

i would try installing it in safe mode
