Hey there,
I purchased an ASUS x501U a few months ago at Target--it is a cheap computer but it got decent reviews and the specs are actually pretty good. I went to reset the factory settings, and there was an error (This also occurs with refreshing). After several tries, I have gotten my computer to the screen that says "System Restore" "System Image Recovery" "Automatic Repair" "Command Prompt" "UEFI Firmware Settings" "Startup Settings". I don't know what steps to take from here--I'm not computer illiterate but most of my knowledge is in graphic design. I figured it is not a lost cause because I can access Command Prompt. Someone please help! This is my first post, and I really can't eat the $400 I paid for this!
Thanks
