font to big for wizard box

need help fixing this dpi setting is 100% changing it to 125 and back to 100 did not do it. tried resetting fonts to defaults did not work. the photo is in attachments

Go to Control Panel. search for Fonts Settings, and try restoring the default font settings- Do it from 100%

Nothing changed after fix can not see everything in the box

Is that the only app that does it? Maybe it's just the program.

no others do it like the boxes in ccleaner and others

Well, the 100% setting in Displays should have done it - Did you reboot, you have to reboot, or at least log off and log back on. If you have done that, go back and check to see if it is still 125%- Set it back to 100 and hit "Apply" then you will have to log off and log back on.

I did that. checked its also doing it in microsoft outlook

DPI:
100% is 96dpi and after setting this back (check first) it should already be back to normal.

Text seems to be bold in your screenshot.
Message Boxes option: If 9pt is default, make sure Bold is unchecked.

Yes, that is it, it's bolded text.

And you probably neglected to check the drop-down box for the different items. Uncheck the BOLD, set the Message Boxes to 11 pnts.

It might not be the message box alone, menu's and toolboxes too.
Look at all items and see which one is bold.

If no item is set to bold and the size is under 11pt + the dpi is back to 100% and you still see this issue than I'm out of tips.

tried your fix their is no bold and still not fixed

By default, as seen on Win7, the title is 11pt and the normal text is 9pt. Segoe UI font type that is.

Ok, set it that way. I don't understand why the set to default doesn't work
