Want to delete MSR (Microsoft Reserved) partition

Hello,
My Inspiron 7520 laptop arrived today and I've been trying to get the various Intel features to work on it. I've got the rapid storage (ssd cache drive) set up but I think I may have broken the rapid start feature of it along the way. Now when I start the laptop I get an error saying 'your system does not appear to have intel rapid start enabled'. When entering my BIOS, the intel Rapid Start Technology is greyed out and I can't click it. I thought it may have been because i set all available space on my SSD to the rapid storage feature. So I changed it and made it so that it only takes about 20gb (of the 32gb) and tried to follow the intel guide of setting up the rapid start feature (http://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/rapid_start_technology_user_guide.pdf), however I received an error on the part where it said 'setid=84 override' which said my partition it was not of the right type or format. So after reading another guide online it said to try using the partition type of MSR instead of Primary. So I tried that and now the partition is hidden from disk management and I can't seem to delete it from diskpart either.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You better not delete that partition if you want your system to continue booting.

You will want to set that partition back to PRIMARY, then it should work again.

Ah ok, I take it I need to 'setid= xxxx'? If so, what is the exact command I should be inputting?

You can just use Partition Wizard to convert it back to Primary. I would not use those command lines unless you know exactly how to do it, actually I would not use those period. In Partition Wizard you can change the drive back to Primary. It's got to be Primary and Active. Partition Wizard is free, download it from Cnet.
