Can someone search for this file and open it up. I don't know if it's a program i installed but in this txt, it's says Windows Vista Pro build 8102. Is the DP a vista build?

Can't find that text file anywhere on my installation, however the first app that showed up when I typed "Windows Vista" was 'Activate Windows'.

It would have been under Libraries, inside Documents. It's like a installation log file.

Perhaps, as you initially surmised, it is from a program you installed, maybe in compatibility mode or a program originally designed for Vista?
