Hello All
Can any one recommend an English Dictionary to down load to Windows 8. Being a free down load would help too of course. arram.

Hey Arram, Im not sure if youre actually looking for a dictionary, encyclopedia, or translator but you can find them here.
Theyre free and you can try them out then uninstall them if you dont like them..

I assume you want a "Standard" type dictionary.

Free ebooks - Project Gutenberg

This might be what you are looking for - if you have an e-reader you can load it on to that too -- and also a smart phone via an e-reader app(free).
