Just like the title says, when I'm in the control panel I clicked on the Turn Windows Features on and off. A pop up menu comes up but it's blank. It used to have a list of items with a check box next to them. I searched the internet and can't come up with anything. I waited a while for the menu to pop but no list came up after a half hour. Any idea guys?

Thanks for the response. I tried that article already. SFC says everything is good. When I try to Refresh the system, it gives me an error and says it can't complete.

Hello So-Hacked, check on this first - navigate to Control Panel/Admin Tools/Services and scroll down to Windows Module Installer. Ensure that this is set to Automatic and start it up if it's disabled. You will need to reboot before the windows features menu comes up.
