Alright, well my dad has been in computer business for over 25 years, and usually he can fix anything that goes wrong with my pc but he said he's never seen anything like this before. Could someone tell me what the hell this is, and how to fix it.

I would say this is probably the wrong forum for questions about start menu replacements. You should probably go to the forum for that program.

Which start menu replacement is it?

I have no idea, I literally just noticed it today. Was never there before. I'm assuming the default programs shortcut.

The joy of Microsoft removing the start menu. Now there are dozens of replacements, all different.

Try right clicking on the start menu button and then click on properties and see if it says.

The Third party start menu in use, has picked up the wrong string entry from the registry.

You could do a search in the registry. Do an Exact search for the whole string. I found five entries. You could then modify the string to read "Default programs". But maybe bring or someone, with knowledge of the registry, could tell you how to locate which string it is reading.

Use several different computers during a day, so specs are irrelevant.
