I have Win 8 Pro and use Start8 for a Start Menu and to boot directly to the Desktop. Until today, pressing Window key + R opened the Run box. Now all it does is cycle through selecting the icons on my desktop that start with R.
I didn't find anything useful via a Google search. Any ideas? I updated Adobe Flash Player Plugin on 5/24, nothing else recently. The only update was for Windows Defender on the 24th also.
I have not done a restart yet, but will soon.
