Help: Windows 8 not booting

I tried running a script when i was having problems connecting to the internet and now, my pc will not boot. Here is the script i tried to run:

Lets try flushing DNS cache and renewing your IP.

Flush the DNS cache and restore MS's Hosts file ...
Copy and paste these lines in Note pad.

attrib -h -s -r hosts
echo 127.0.0.1 localhost>HOSTS
attrib +r +h +s hosts
popd
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset all
netsh int ip reset all
shutdown -r -t 1
del %0

Save as flush.bat to your desktop. Right click on the flush.bat file to run it as Administrator.

Your computer will reboot itself.

This worked? It repaired your Internet connection? This happens to me all the time, I just unplug my router and plug it back in. Windows 8 like to drop the internet connection.

I dont see ipconfig /registerdns after you flushed it, this can cause your reconnection to take up to 15 minutes or more.

But it shouldnt be hours, is it running by now?
