Solved How to do this on the desktop ?

Hi once again.

I was browsing this great website and came across a random picture of someones desktop....


Does anyone know how to box and label icons on the desktop like in the below picture... Ive never seen thos before...i think its great... Hope someone knows how to do it.....

There are no free programs that I know of that do what Stardock Fences can do. I've been using Fences since it's beta days. Believe me, $10 is a damn good price for what this program can do!
