I have a problem with a program QVo6 that has hijacked my browser along with Globososo. Anybody know how to get rid of, I have tried a few things and removed all registry items with name. plus run a couple of malware programs.

To ensure that you don't have problems in future, install Malwarebytes (buy the full version, it costs bugger all): Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download, read this: So how did I get infected in the first place? - Malwarebytes Forum, run Hosts (point 8) and use SpywareBlaster (point 7), and keep MSE up to date and run this from time to time: Microsoft Safety Scanner - Antivirus | Remove Spyware, Malware, Viruses Free..

Also, override all cookie handling so that only session cookies are allowed, and block first and third party cookies (privacy/advanced). Then enable ActiveX Filtering for all sites except ones you trust or need Flash.

Thanks Ray 8 It happened when my AV wasn't running, I have full version of malwarebytes also running and I know the infection came from stupidly dl a "Free" program without checking it thoroughly. I should have kept offline whilst my AV was down. (Lesson learned) Once again thanks to all for the help.
