You don't appreciate windows 8 until it's gone

3 months ago, I came home to find my i7 desktop gone. Apparently, I was burgarize. So, I just started working fully with my hp envy x2. And since the x2 pretty much did everything I needed outside the office, I'd been not so motivated to get another desktop.

Well, I just fedexed my envy x2 to hp for a warranty claim, and now I am without windows 8 to work with. Both my ipad 3 and asus transformer infinity seem like slugs compared to my x2. Typing with the transformer infinity right now, and it is annoyingly slow.

You don't appreciate the versatility of a windows 8 hybrid device until it's gone. It will be a long week waiting for my windows 8 device to come back.

What ever happened with the i7 desktop...no police report, nothing to claim on home owners insurance. I'd be raising hell about it.
