Strange folder

I have found this strange folder in my C drive , i was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is. Screen shot is attached

This kind of folder is usually from Windows Updates and It should have been downloaded into the folder below:

C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

But once in a while it download to your C drive. You can go ahead and delete it as I always do in the folder above after Windows Updates to clear up some space. (Don't delete them during Windows Updates) You might have to take ownership in order to delete it.

If you navigate to the folder shown above, you'll see a lot more.

Yep, if you look at the name of the EXE or MSI file in there, it has the "KB" identification. You can delete this, it's already been installed.
