Is there any way to get the Windows 8 and Hotmail calendars to keep appointments and not shift them around when my computer changes its time zone?
I always eat lunch at 1 PM, it doesn't change when I fly to Ireland from Germany.
And when I make an appointment with someone in Israel at 6 PM in a week's time, I really do not want to calculate what the difference is to my current time zone so as to avoid having dinner at 4 PM or 8 PM depending on wether I was east or west of Jerusalem at the time of making the appointment.
Basically I want the calendar to work like a paper calendar. If I tell that I will do X at time Y, I want X to remain set for Y, not Y+Z with Z being the difference in hours between the two time zones, the one I will be in and the one I am in when making the appointment.
What should I do?
