Solved Need keyboard help

I have Win 8 and tonight i discovered an issue with 2 keys being reversed. I am hoping someone here can help me resolve this. This system is only about 2 months old. When i try to use shift +2 for the @ sign i get " instead. And when i press the " key next to enter i get the @ sign. How can i reverse these?

I spent 48 minutes with HP support somewhere in India who had me do a system restore which fixed the problem.
