Windows 8 pdf reader

this is my first post...so be gentle!

When i click on a pdf file (deathwatch.pdf) it takes windows 8 reader forever to load. i mean forever! the book is about 400pages long, but will take up to half an hour to load and when you zoom out and back in on a different page it is Fuzzy and un-readable for a few seconds.

i am using a lenovo thinkpad twist I5 version.

Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Don't use the built in PDF reader. Instead download something like Sumatra PDF and use that. It's free, and super fast. And it's not full screen.
