Solved Windows Eight Errors when I open any program

I've been getting errors everytime that I open a program (ANY and EVERY program). When booted into safe mode I'm not getting any errors. Here's some pictures of me opening google chrome, skype, and Windows Media Player.

It seems to be the exact same error for all of them and the only program that DOESNT seem to give me the error is paint. As soon as I click "ok", the program opens like normal but this is incredibly annoying.

What can I do?

This error started immediately after I installed Windows 8 from Windows 7, I might add.

When you boot in safe mode, the generic display driver is used. When booting normally, Windows tries to use the Video driver from NVIDIA, all the errors indicating some problem with your NVIDIA. Please boot in safe mode with network support then download the latest Video Driver for your Video Card and in safe mode, uninstall your Video Driver completely and re-install with the new driver.

Since you did not fill out your system specs so I don't know what kind of NVIDIA video card you have, just make sure you download the right one for your model and Windows version.

That solution worked perfectly. I'm marking this as solved. Thanks again for the help! It appears I was using a newer version, but it was only for Windows 7, and not set up for Win 8.
