Can't uninstall programs, can't edit user accounts.....

Can't uninstall programs, can't edit useraccounts, powerplans are missing and can't run sysinternals process explorer, can't see the properties of my network adapter and i can't even change anything in the microsoft firewall. I click on any option but nothing happens.


I tried to use system restore but it didn't work.

I am at loss. I don't know what to do.
I can't change or create a new user. Nada!

The buttons don't work. The powerplans are disabled for some reason. And i can't click the different options in the user account.

Buttons are are looking weird and windows updates won't show.


Sysinternals Process Explorer crashes upon startup. I don't know why it is related but it won't work. I do run Start8 aswell. Any coincidence?

Hello Christian,

It appears that you may need to refresh Windows 8 at boot.

If that still doesn't help, then you may need to reset Windows 8 instead.
