I just learned a new thing today! You can hold down the <Windows> key and press <page up> or <page down> to switch the Start screen to another monitor in a multimonitor setup.
So there are 3 ways to move the Start screen:
1) click in the bottom left corner of the desired monitor to have the start screen there
2) use <Windows> + <Page Up> or <Windows> + <Page Down> to cycle the start screen through the monitors
3) grab the top edge of any Windows Store/Metro app and move the app to another monitor. That will automatically move the Start screen to that monitor as the Windows Store app must be on the same monitor as the Start screen.
