Bought this laptop in December. All was fine for 1st month then a problem showed up. I could not use the number 0 on the number pad! Left it alone for a couple of weeks then decided to do a clean install to get rid of the problem.
After a few hours the problem came back. Decided to leave it alone again. Since then I have not been able to use 0. Here's the problem! The keyboard stopped working on my wife's account on this computer, and at the same time my wife's computer (same type of computer) has the exact same problem. No access to the keyboard on either computer!
Decided to reboot both computers at the same time. This computers keyboard does not work for wife's account. But, the wife's computer works for the moment.
What should I do.
I have Malwarebytes anti-malware on both computers and nothing has been found.
What can be done!
